Flexible wall washer lights are generally manufactured through nine steps: 1.) Flexible silicone extrusion shell (bendable, UV resistant), built-in aluminum substrate or flexible FPC (enhanced heat dissipation), external mounting slots or aluminum profile accessories. Place the mounted PCB/FPC into a flexible silicone shell, lay cables/fix the lamp body, insert aluminum strips or reinforcements (to enhance heat dissipation and structure), connect wires and waterproof connectors, and encapsulate with potting compound → 7.) Inject silicone/PU raw glue, vibrate to remove air bubbles, cure (room temperature curing or baking curing), visual inspection (no bubbles, no glue leakage), and perform waterproofing treatment. 8.)
