SMD3014 LED Strip Features：
1. Size and density advantages
The chip size is only 3.0mm×1.4mm, which is compact and supports high-density layout (common 60 lamps/m, 120 lamps/m and 240 lamps/m). The PCB width is flexible (5mm, 8mm, 10mm, etc.), suitable for narrow installation spaces such as cabinet gaps, aluminum grooves, etc.
2. Brightness and energy efficiency
The luminous flux of a single LED is about 8-10 lumens, and the luminous efficiency is 90-120 lm/W, which is more energy-efficient than traditional models. Under high-density design (such as 120 lamps/m), the brightness of the entire light strip can reach 800-1000 lm/m, meeting basic lighting needs.
3. Color and color rendering
The color temperature covers a wide range of 2700K-6500K. The color rendering index can be selected as Ra80 or Ra90. The high color rendering model (Ra90) is closer to natural light, truly restores the color of objects, and is suitable for commercial display and high-end home lighting.
4. Beam Angle
The standard beam angle is 120°, providing a wide lighting coverage.
5. Voltage and Power
The working voltage is mainly DC12V/24V. The 24V model has a smaller voltage drop and supports a longer series length (recommended ≤10 meters). The power range is 6–24W/meter.
6. Protection and Life
The protection level can be selected from IP20 (non-waterproof) to IP68 (fully waterproof), which is suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor environments. The life span is up to 50,000 hours, and with silicone encapsulation (anti-yellowing, high and low temperature resistance), the stability is better than the epoxy resin glue model.
7. Core Applicable Scenarios
Decorative lighting: ceiling light troughs, TV background walls, furniture contour lights, relying on high uniformity of light efficiency.
Commercial Engineering: billboard backlights, display cabinet lighting, hotel atmosphere lights, high color rendering (Ra90) and long life are required.
8. Dimming and control system
Supports PWM dimming, compatible with standard LED controllers, and some models can be connected to the intelligent system to achieve brightness adjustment.
